How does the 100-night trial work?
Sleep on your Reeree mattress for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust. If it still isn't right within 100 nights, call us and we'll arrange a pickup and refund.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach metro cities in 3–5 working days and other pin codes in 5–8 working days. Mattresses arrive roll-packed or flat-packed depending on the model.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery or UPI on delivery at checkout. Our team calls to confirm every order before it ships.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects such as sagging deeper than 1 inch, broken springs or loose seams. CloudRest and OrthoFirm carry 7 years, Royal PillowTop and Ivory Luxe carry 10 years.
Which mattress is best for back pain?
OrthoFirm is the firmest model and keeps the spine flat. If you sleep on your side, Ivory Luxe gives firm support with a softer top. Use the mattress finder above for a quick suggestion.
